Our stay was amazing! Staff were very friendly, communicated well, and professional yet personable. They did everything they could to make our stay an enjoyable experience. Firstly, upon check-in, we were given an upgrade for our anniversary and a bottle of champagne was left in our room for us! Our room was clean, and equipped with amenities as described. Later, the curtain chain snapped while trying to close the blinds and staff were very understandable and prompt to arrange for repair. We also had our son with us and my sister was taking him for the day, hence we needed to swap cars for the carseat. Staff were so understanding and helpful with changing the parking permit. Reception even collected our Uber Eats order for us! We would definitely book to stay here again!! Next time however, I'd prefer a full queen or king rather than 2 singles pushed together..bed was a bit saggy and not that comfy. A perfect stay otherwise - highly recommend!! …Our stay was amazing!
