Epping luxury accommodation

Staff was not at all helpful for early check in even though there were few check outs happened in front of me. Sent a message to the hotel a week earlier that my flight will be in prior to the check in time (3pm local time) still no consideration. Buffet that I opted in was good so was 2 stars.

Was not informed of the internet, plumbing in our room was poor

Nothing too fancy and a little dated, but good sized comfortable rooms in a good location.

Friendly staff, nice room, shower great, pillows a bit uncomfortable

Love love this hotel. Location location. It’s perfect on every level.
