The first thing I noticed when I walked into the office was a strong smell of mold/mildew. The same strong smell was in our room. They offered us a different room and the smell was just as bad. The front desk suggested we “keep the ac fan on” to mask the smell. We decided to cancel our booking because the mold smell was too strong and felt hazardous for my baby to breathe. They refused to give any refunds. It would be a nice hotel if they fixed the mold problem.

The room included a kitchen area, and everything was updated nicely. Bed was perfect memory foam. Parking is best across the street at public park 1$ per hour free after 11 and before 10 a.m. check in and out was easy.

Property had fast WiFi. Easy check in. $100 on arrival deposit and took 2 weeks to refund. Room was large and relatively clean. Needs updating on decor. COCKROACH WAS IN THE ROOM AND CLIMBED INTO MY HANDBAG !!!! The staff also do not speak English.

The room was somewhat dirty upon arrival, but given the price, I did not have high expectations. I have stayed at this property before and previously found it acceptable. On the second day of my stay, I discovered cockroaches in the shower and immediately reported it to the front desk. The staff member appeared unconcerned. I informed her that I am pregnant and expressed my concerns. I was told that someone would come to clean the room and that I could move rooms the following day. Neither of those things occurred. When I followed up the next day, I was told there was no record of my complaint. At that point, I chose to remain in the room, as it was clear this was a larger hotel issue rather than an isolated room problem. Over the following days, I continued to find cockroaches—first in the kitchen sink, and on the final day, surrounding my luggage, which I had intentionally placed off the floor. Since returning home, I have been extremely concerned about potentially bringing cockroaches back with me and have taken extensive precautions as a result. This is a property my family and I had planned to use regularly when visiting my sister, but we will not be returning. While I understand that cockroaches can be an issue in South Florida, the lack of concern, documentation, and follow-through by management and staff was disturbing and unacceptable.

Towel dirty and torn up stains on sheets. Elevator’s didn’t work they changed my room 3 times and still ended up with a room with no hot water. The front desk staff was rude on a FaceTime call with his friend while checking people in and out. They refused to refund me for my stay or even refund the day I checked out but the refused. Poor service on both ends. Expedia refused to refund or handle the matter.

Room was nice. Spacious and clean. No tv . Some kind of fecal matter in the pool. Actual room was a mile away from the address I took an uber to from the airport was led to believe I’d be staying at , was told it was only an 8 min walk .. The day of my departure I was locked out of my room 2 hours before checkout .. ( key card was turned off ). All my money ,cell phone and belongings locked inside .. no way to call for help or assistance. Not too happy ..

I’ve stayed at probably 100+ hotels since I have been alive, and I have never had a maid come in a unit only make the bed, mop the floor and then leave everything else dirty. No new towels. Didn’t wash dishes or clean plates. So weird.!
