Property is designated 5 star, however it is tired and is not up to the W standards. Poor quality linens, tired decor, slow elevators, issues with door locks, limited outlets for connecting electronics etc. Big spacious room, but more 2/3 star level and certainly no worth 5 star rating or price. Was extremely disappointed.

The staff was the selling point! Gabriela and another woman with brown hair and glasses who i’m so sorry I forgot her name were amazing! Their communication was above and beyond and put me in a positive mood checking into the place. Absolutely would book with this company again and don’t see myself going elsewhere. The rooms were very clean and everything looked how the photos do!

I had light out in the room, called Conceirge and no one came to replace. Then when I went to take a shower later the water was barely coming out of shower head. When calling again, they wanted to send sale people who never showed up and I was ready to go to sleep. Front desk manager did nothing to compensate my stay. Terrible experience and customer service. I should get at least a percentage back on my stay. Not acceptable.
