This property needs a remodel pretty bad. Except the lobby everything is outdated.Some dents and scratched and overall style is outdated. Shower head is a horrible only good for a kitchen sink, it’s not for a shower for this kind of hotel it’s a shame. Soap… is a tiny tubes for one time use not even enough for that. and it’s only two pieces, body wash, shampoo and conditioner for three people staying in their room Chairs on a balcony is not for comfortable siting at all. You have to sit at even les then 90 degree angle, and of course not reclining. Other small things too many two mention. Beach is nice and service is good I can’t tel same thing about breakfast restaurant.

Day one started off on a bad note , room was not ready until 6:30 , so we had reservations at Gilis and had to go in travel clothes . The front desk tried to compensate which was appreciated . Saturday a.m started with breakfast. Staff was nice , food was same both days and was just something to eat and again expected better . Shocked to see the lack of attention to detail of maintaining property visible from rooms , dirty and in need of pressure washing and paint . Surprised to see that the store inside closes so early leaving you with no where to grab a drink or snack for the room , mini bar in room was nice but 0 idea what anything cost as there was no signage , we used instacart . Dinner at Gilis was nice , sushi was the best thing we had the whole trip . Restaurant manager was very helpful and nice . We had a tour set for Sunday a.m and tried to shower at 4:30 am and 0 hot water, this was after having issues with toilet the first day - a new part had to be put in when we called about the problem . The bathroom had visible mold on the ceiling , washcloth had a big hole in it and towels didn’t give luxury anything. Overall disappointing as we expected better , would not recommend and would not return

Very nice place. Staff was friendly and provided good service. The gym is much better than most other hotels I’ve stayed at. The morning breakfast had very good dishes and a chef. The staff were very friendly and had outstanding service. The pool and beach area are awesome! Fresh water and towel’s available on the beach. I will definitely go back.
