Our room had so many problems . So many broken things lights, fridge , shower would make and odd extremely loud noise . Bathroom was making a flushing sounds every 3-5min. No plugs for phones as in usb plugs or wall plugs by the beds .

The staff were so accommodating and the property amenities were great. The room was a little outdated, but still good. My only complaint is that I wish we would have been informed about the 20% service fee that was added to every check from the restaurants and exactly what it was for. Otherwise we had a wonderful time and would definitely come back the next time we are in Miami.

Our recent stay at the Trump International Resort was disappointing in several key areas. The property clearly shows signs of aging and is in need of proper maintenance. We had to call multiple times for basic necessities like towels and toothbrushes, which should have been readily available. The shower tap in the bathroom was extremely hard to operate, making daily use inconvenient. One of the major issues was the constant barking of a dog in the neighboring room throughout the night, which made it very difficult for us to get any proper sleep during our stay. Considering the high charges for the stay, the overall experience did not meet our expectations. The service and facility standards were far below what is expected from a resort of this name and price point

Amazing location and wonderful staff. Good property, clean, fair price point but needs investment in updating/maintaining and more amenities & food options (along with staff) to be considered a luxury property. Rooms are very spacious for families - would stay again but only for a certain price.
