I recently had the pleasure of staying at Trump International Beach Resort in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, and it was an incredible experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every detail of my stay was perfect. The oceanfront views from my room were absolutely breathtaking, and I loved waking up to the sight of the sun rising over the Atlantic. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the modern amenities needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was the pool area, which felt like a tropical paradise. The grotto-style pools, along with direct access to the private beach, made it easy to relax and unwind. Overall, Trump International Beach Resort is a fantastic getaway for anyone looking to enjoy a mix of relaxation and elegance. I can’t wait to return! 🌴☀️

Ultimately a Great Stay

Initially i was very disappointed in the hotel. The rooms are very dated from a visual perspective and the layout of the hotel is confusing and there's no restaurant for dinner. All that said, there are a lot of restaurants right across the street and a Publix a block away. The service on the beach for chairs and food/drink was great. All very happy motivated employees. The pools are fab. The upper pool is heated and fantastic for all ages. The lower lap pool is not heated but does warm in the sun. Beds and showers were amazing. We slept super well and housekeeping employees were super responsive. Overall, I would stay here again but hope they will update the rooms and add some paint to the common areas to make it more eye pleasing.

This is NOT a 4.5* hotel! The spa had barely any ammenities. A small sauna and steam roomand 2 showers only. The attendant was not very kind and the spa was supposed to stay open until 5pm but before 4pm we were being rushed out telling us that it was already closed. There were apples for snacks and both times are tried the apples they were partially rotten. The room was just ok, it was what i paid for (waterfront) but the balcony very small and only 2 very unconfortable chairs and small table. The food that we had for lunch both times was dissapointing. Breakfast was ok. The worst part was with the beach chairs/umbrellas. We came down the first morning at around 9am wanting a good spot and we were told that the spots on the front row right in front of ocean were all taken. We were told everyone came in as they opened to reserve the spots and then left. It was midday before people actually started showing up to stay in those "reserved spots" So the next morning we got up early to see the sunrise and were there even before they started having beach service (8am to sunset) We went for a quick walk and were back before 8:00am to get our beach chairs/umbrella in the front row. Workers were just starting to set up and again we were told they were all "booked in front" We were there that morning until almost noon and only a few of those "reserved spots" actually had people there. This was clearly staff holding spots for what I assume is large tips promised...

My family stayed here for one night after our cruise. Of course we opted to stay at one of Trump’s hotels…because America! Unfortunately this place needs a total facelift. The pool resort area is so run down. Missing pool tiles, dingy bathroom… yes only one at the pool. I was overcharged for my drinks, they charged me for a top shelf tequila that I did not request. $22 a drink that was mid. Food was not great. We were supposed to be upgraded to a one bedroom, waited 6 hours at the pool for it to be ready, only to find the bellmen led us to a studio room. We were so over it we had no will left in us to switch rooms. I called the front desk just to notify them and was told I would receive a call back. That call never came. The room was spacious with a great view but in dire need of updating. The pipes in the bathroom shook the walls and made screaming noises every time we used the shower. Extremely disappointed to have paid $400. We definitely will not be visiting again.

Hotel didn’t seem prepared for the amount of people staying there. Maid service was not daily nor was it available when requested. Elevators were broken every day of my stay making the wait time to either ascend or descend at least a 40 min wait. Stairs were not an option as I was with an elderly person, a pregnant woman and a child. Towels were unavailable as well even when called for them to the point where unless they were pool towels with the striped pattern that smelled like chlorine we didn’t get any. Overall the relaxing stay I had planned and hoped to have over the holiday and new year was more stressful than ever.

Well they fraudulently charged my debit card with a “hospital donation” that I was not aware of or agreed too. They also changed my room from a double queen to a king upon check in. Also the furniture in the room was really worn out and scratched up. I didn’t expect any of this to happen at a Trump resort. It was disappointing.

Super old hotel

Ok, we always stay at the Trump International in Las Vegas, that one is 5 stars, this one is soooo old! Stained carpets, peeling paint on furniture, pillows are not feather filled, towels/chaises on the beach were broken and had holes in them, staff not friendly at all. The whole hotel needs a BIG renovation, it’s super pricey, and you definitely don’t get what you pay for. Sad to say, but it doesn’t rise to the luxury of the other Trump Hotels. Will not be staying at this one again unless they renovate. Spend your money somewhere else.
