After a long day trip the check in program was down and wasn’t working They just ask us to stay seat and wait with no other option. We paid in advance for this and nobody offers even an apology.

Never to stay- We paid in December showed up in April and they did not have a room for us. Sent us to another hotel who also charged us. Now dealing with trying to get reimbursed We were blatantly lied to by the check in clerk who said we would not pay and get the same ammenities which was to include a breakfast. The hotel we were sent to did not honor the breakfast that we had paid for. I am totally dissapointed with the entire experience and the added stress this put on our bucket list vacation

Great property: the breakfast could take a bit more work but it was better than nothing lol. Don’t go too late or there won’t be much left. No other issues with the property. We had a great stay and the staff were friendly and helpful

We stayed here one night before our cruise and enjoyed it. The hotel was clean and staff was professional. Had dinner at the cafe which was great! The breakfast buffet was fine and free! Not too many places to eat close by but still a nice hotel. Highly recommend!

I was very disappointed with the check in process. For a Marriott property, I expected better. We arrived early from our cruise ship, which I knew we probably would not be able to check in at that time, but were told once rooms were ready, we could check in and that they would call us. We checked periodically throught the day, without any luck. Finally, at 3:45, I went back to the front desk to find out WHEN we could check in and the supervisor said our rooms were ready. (The clerk we were working with throughout the day was gone and we never received a phone call.) Supervisor was very friendly and helpful. On the plus side, we were able to store our luggage and use the pool.

The front desk staff were incredibly pleasant and helpful throughout my stay. From start to finish, they made me feel welcome and well taken care of.
