**HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE** After flying in with my son, taking an Uber to hotel after 10:30 pm we were told our reservation had been cancelled & no more rooms left for us. I was left stranded on street looking for another place to sleep - left out in street with no help! After I even asked them nothing they could do?!

If I could give this hotel 0 stars I would. The only thing I could say was good was that the staff was friendly. Other than that, the room doesn’t look like the pictures on Expedia the bathroom is super outdated and disgusting. There’s little roaches the beds are hard and honestly I spent all night itchy. I would definitely request a refund because I was expecting one thing and ended up with something else.

Very plain, no frills room ten minutes from the airport. Expect nothing more than a clean room and a clean bed. This is the most uneventful place I ever stayed. Nothing bad, but nothing great.

I arrived on site via Lyft. The staff was nice and knowledgeable. The place was decent for a night’s stay to make it to cruise port. It was definitely a value for the price. There are several places to eat nearby. I would stay there again.

No one spoke English when we checked in. Could not get the television to work. The toilet is in the middle of the bathroom floor. Low water pressure. Water not hot. Old furniture. Refrigerator barely cold. Bathroom door did not close. Scheduled a hotel shuttle when we checked in. But hotel Staf neglected to check and the shuttle was not available to get us there in time for our flight.
