The receptionist was helpful on the phone. The facility seems old and dated and the room was minimal. The room and bathroom seemed clean. The toilet was almost in the center of the bathroom because of the location of the drain- I have never seen that before. The 'shuttle' was a Honda Civic car that reeked of cigarette smoke. I arranged shuttle pick up from the airport and it was free when I was picked up from the airport at about 10:30 pm because my flight was delayed and then I was told at 5 am that there was a cost of $15 to take me back to the airport. I expected better because I saw that it is associated with Sonesta.
