I liked that the hotel was very close to the airport and has 2 nice restaurants in the building. Easy and convenient. The room was clean. I did not like that the cleaners did not check to see that there was no hair conditioner in the bathroom while preparing it for us (the new check-in clients). I did not like that the service staff in the breakfast dining room never checked back with us to see if we needed more coffee or anything else to drink. Atrocious service.

We had a great experience. We booked three rooms for an overnight stay while waiting to board a cruise ship. Front desk was friendly lobby was nice, rooms were clean and they had a Starbucks on site for the next morning. I would recommend this hotel.

We arrived very late in the evening, they were extremely accommodating and gave us a late check out. What’s also nice is that the view behind is the new Miami Freedom Park of Inter Miami, still under construction but nice to see. Also, car rentals of the airport are literally a stone throw away plus the transportation to the airport.

I checked in late last night from a 13 hour trip from Europe. The woman was very friendly and room and key were ready immediately. Also had dinner last night and the breakfast was really good. Staff is very friendly and attentive.

This property is in a great location but it is a tired Building it needs to be renovated. There is charge if you have a vehicle or worst If you have a visitor they must pay to parked, This makes me choose another property, but for the rest the staff is good and friendly .

I have to give a huge shoutout to David at the Sheraton in Miami! 🙌 He’s originally from the Dominican Republic 🇩🇴 and let me just say—he was absolutely amazing! Super professional, personable, and just so genuine and down to earth. Plus, his skin was FLAWLESS okay?! ✨ Like sir, what’s the routine?? 😂 From the moment I checked in, he made me feel so welcomed and seen. That kind of energy goes a long way, especially after traveling. 🙏 The room itself was beautiful, but I will say the ventilation in the restroom was struggling—felt like I was in a sauna trying to breathe 😅. Other than that, no complaints! I’ll definitely be returning here after my cruise to Aruba 🇦🇼, Bonaire 🇧🇶, and Curaçao 🇨🇼. And don’t even get me started on the buffet breakfast—tea, okay! ☕️ So many good options! But the hashbrowns were giving Day 3 leftovers 🥴—super hard and dry. But everything else made up for it. Overall, the Sheraton is totally worth it, and David deserves ALL the flowers 🌸 for making my stay even better. Will be back! 💼🌴✨

Friendly staff and good location however the rooms are quite sad and poorly kept. The bed had broken springs, were very uncomfortable and the pillows were lumps. You are better off rolling up some towels for head support. Bathrooms were distressed and the amenties seemed like they were randomly put together. They were different brands so not sure if they ran out and the manager ran to the local store to fill them. Overall would probably not stay there again.
