Don’t stay here!

Horrible experience! I am a 70 yo woman. I am allergic to cats. There were cats roaming freely in the lobby and all around the property. I was in room 219. While there, I saw 3 roaches in my room! No working phones! I have to dress and go to the lobby for anything I may need. Kleenex holder in the room, but no Kleenex on the property! Broken outlets under the table in the room. 2 tv channels had no sound! The rest were so grainy. The television was useless! The place is run down!

The room wasn't like the pictures, the bed sheets had stains (blood stains and others), the staff changed the sheets when requested but they were not much better. I would not recommend this place.

Subject: Avoid this one! I have stayed in many cheap motels. I was expecting the moldy shower. I paid extra for this motel because of the shuttle from the airport and the breakfast. Both were an issue. After booking the motel I found out the shuttle only operates during certain hours. The only flight available for me was a late flight and the shuttle service wasn't available. It runs once an hour during normal business times. I took an Uber to the motel and check-in went smoothly. I was happy there were no signs of bed bugs. The water pressure was very high. I'm okay with it, but that means the pressure reducer valve needs to be replaced. This lack maintenance probably costs the motel a lot of money because of wasted water. All of these are just minor. The real problem was breakfast. The coffee was so bad it was undrinkable. The eggs were served in a double bin with one Sterno in the middle part where there were no eggs above. Even the scrambled eggs tasted weird. There was no fresh fruit. The yogurt was in a fridge, but the fridge didn't work so it was warm inside. There were two waffle makers. The first one's timer didn't work. I didn't realize this until I already had some mix in so I used the second one also for the timer. It was 2 minutes and 30 seconds. I got out both waffles and they were crispy on the outside but wet dough in the middle. After a few bites I tossed them because wet mix can make you sick. I made another and let it stay a little longer and it still was

Lodging cost was good compared to surrounding hotels. The bed was very comfortable. Maybe consider a transportation contingency during the 12 to 2 pm break. The breakfast should at least include a meat product (bacon, sausage, etc.), but overall it's the old adage "you get what you pay for".

The hotel was not about the pictures on line. The hotel is old and in need of repairs, begging for towels every day, no phones in the rooms and no one answers the hotel front desk phone. The workers act as if they have no training for customer service. Communication was poor, few employees are English-speaking.
