Parking was easy. Check in process was smooth. The bed had NO blankets. front desk said there wasn’t any blankets. All we had were 2 sheets. we had a small blanket in our vehicle that we used. Was also told not to turn the AC off. It was set at 65 degrees we adjusted to 70 degrees. We paid $175 for a one night stay. this was a very poor experience.

⚠️ WARNING – TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE ⚠️ This hotel is nothing like it was in 2020. I did not read the recent reviews and paid a big price for that mistake. The parking area has no security and there are constantly suspicious individuals hanging around, along with what clearly appears to be drug use, leaving vehicles at serious risk of vandalism or theft. One of the elevators was out of service, and the only working one was dirty and poorly maintained. The hallways had standing water and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. Inside the room, the toilet was leaking, and the room phone was disconnected and completely unusable, making it impossible to contact the front desk. I had to walk down six floors using the stairwell, which was filled with urine and had an unbearable odor. When I reached the front desk to request a blanket and clean sheets—since the bed did not seem fully clean—I was told that no clean blankets or sheets were available. I paid $98 through Expedia for a night of pure horror in a place that fails to meet even the most basic standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service. ❌ Do not stay here under any circumstances. Read the recent reviews before booking.

Even dogs wouldn’t stay in these rooms. Horrible rooms with water, no bedsheets, roaches and lizards. Asked for no smoking and the room was full of weed smell. I am going sue this business if I don’t get a refund from the motel.

The front desk clerk was nice. She check us in fast. she helped me with my request.. The room is another story. Dirty walls, the bathroom did not flush.. The bathroom wall had blood stains. We had an event scheduled so we had to leave Did not have time to request another room. Very disappointed. I had another impression the last time.i was hear. Four years ago i stayed in a room on the first floor. Totally different experience.

Hotel was not clean. Room had broken furniture, mold everywhere, no fridge, nothing but bed, TV, a small table and two chairs. Shower was too disgusting to use. Bed was mold and I couldn’t sleep under covers. Pretty sure bad people stay there. Homeless people outside and saw a prostitute get dropped off. DO NOT STAY HERE!

DO NOT BOOK HERE. per locals, this was used as a homeless shelter after a hurricane. It has not been converted back to a nice hotel. There are still homeless, prostitutes, addicts and dealers ALL over. Our room was filthy. We were told by the front desk to make sure we didn’t keep any items in the bed of our truck bc someone would steal it. The photos on the app are NOT what the place actually looks like. We had people yelling and banging on doors at all hours. Smelled of cigarettes and weeds throughout as well as inside. We booked a week here trying to save some money for activities and I left barely 48hrs in. The front desk said “we won’t fight you” when I said I was cancelling and requesting a refund for the remainder of the stay. They know. While staff were were really friendly, that definitely didn’t make up for everything else. The def is NO pool. And again, when we told locals where we were staying, they said “oh no! Get out now. That place is no good”.

Front desk/staff were fine. Room was simply horrible. Smoke alarm disabled. Doors damaged. Activity in parking lot almost all night. Dog waste on the wrap around balcony where all rooms are accessed. Remove this location from your list immediately. Expedia review rules do not allow me to note all the issues we saw.
