I honestly was scared to lay in the bed. The blanket was dirty. The bathroom had hair everywhere. Was not a place you would want to stay with kids at all.

Its in a very bad area. The lobby is scary with large bullet proof glass. The front looks ok if you are into my big fat greek wedding but the doorways to the rooms and the doors have no locks to the outdoor doors so the security is really bad and its just not safe. The rooms are extremely dirty. The tile is broken, there are burn marks on the countertops. There was a jacuzzi tub in the room that the handles were stripped off and not operation. The mattresses are so old and bad. You get two bath towels no hand towels. The whole place is beyond lower end. This should be a 1 star or if possible less. Yes it was a good price but you literally are risking your safety being there

The place was horrible, dirry, the room was terrible, the walls were dirty, the furniture was old and broke as well as the carpet. The lamps and lights were broken as well. The bathroom was dirty and smell bad! There was a hole in the wall as if somebody had punched it

my family and I did not stay at the Miami Gardens Inn as the room smelled damp like mildew, there was a lot of paint peeling off the ceiling in the room doorway but we could't see into the room as the lights didn't work! Getting into the elevator should have been a good sign of the condition as there was trash on the floor, spilled food in the corridor and a full smelly trash bin in the hallway. After we said we wanted to leave because it is unsanitary, the front desk staff offered to give us a different room but there's no way we wanted to stay in that hotel, especially with a small child. They refused to give us a refund even though we did not stay there.

Room bathroom was barely hanging on. The blinders are all broken in different spots. The hallways smells like weed and pee mixed together. You can hear others in the hallway all night long. The elevator doesn’t tell you when you arrive at a floor, you have to literally peek out to read the floor number. Customer service sucks a$$. They all have attitudes and don’t wanna be at work. If you get towels you won’t get wash clothes. One or the other. I stayed one night really late check in and left at 6am the next day

Room was dirty, toilet was not working right, full of paper and poop, staff very rude, Saturday night staff change the card key for the door, don't know why. Sunday morning there was no hot water, heat, no light the elevator was not working, stairways dark. Lots of people complaining to the staff, they didn't care. That hotel needs to be remodel. It not safe... I'm sorry never again.

Paid for a room with jacuzzi and they gave me a room but without a working jacuzzi. No resort amenities however they will charge you a resort fee. The rooms are falling apart. No hot water. No light in the rooms. Do not stay here and night shift staff extremely rude.
