The staff here were very friendly and courteous, especially Carlos and Andrew. We only stayed there for a day but this hotel would have been even better for a longer stay. The rooms were clean and there were restaurants within walking distance. I would book here again.

From start to finish Carlos at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure our stay was at its best. The room was spotless, room was nice and cold! Definitely will look forward to our next stay here, and highly recommend Hyatt place in Doral to everyone!

Staff need more training in terms of checking in and out. A very young guy handled my booking as if it was his after school job. I had to ask where the room Was located etc after he handed me the key card and walked off. Also this facility charges for parking however most times there were no available spots. Breakfast was poor
