I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hotel AKA Brickell. The lobby smelt great, the hotel was clean, beautiful and modern. The receptionist who checked me in was extremely polite and helpful. I also appreciated the hotel’s convenient location, with restaurants, bars, and shopping all nearby. I will definitely stay here again.

Cons- the bathrooms felt a little outdated, we kept getting wrong info (about pool hours, happy hour, things the hotel charged to our room by error..)which got frustrating after a while. Nobody was supervising the pool so if you're not a fan of people smoking / vaping in the pool or getting drunk and getting in your space when you're trying to relax, probably not the hotel for you. Not the feel of a pool in a 4 star hotel. Also absolutely do not recommend the hotel restaurant, Mare. 5 out of 5 dishes we ordered were disappointing, 2 were down right not edible. The city view is disappointing for now because it is basically a view of the huge construction site next door (pick Bay view instead). Pros: the staff demeanor, friendliness and altogether customer service is outstanding. The cleaning staff are so nice and always smile and say hello, the greeters are happy to assist, the receptionists were very kind. The room itself was nice, the bed was definitely one of the comfiest beds I've ever slept in. The lounge was lovely and the common spaces are gorgeous.

Rethink access ?

Overall the room was good. The elevator situation is terrible , taking different elevators to get to your room doesn’t make sense. Also having to cross the driveway to go to the pool is very inconvenient . The AC in my room 2115 broke and the engineer had to come at 11:30pm to fix it. Great service but the hotel doesn’t not compare to others in the area .
