Great downtown location and the value was decent for the price paid. Staff was friendly and always asking if I needed anything. The on-site restaurant had very good quality and quick service. Would definitely stay here again.

Underwhelmed with service

Arrived at hotel close to 4pm. Room wasn’t ready until nearly 6pm despite paying for its largest room- a junior suite. Then requested bedding for pullout sofa. Waited nearly an hour for the bedding. Staff was really nice but service needs to be desperately improved.
