Overall our stay was fine. Didn’t care much for the police officer or security guard who was walking the parking lot looking to write tickets for every car in the parking lot. Even the paying guests.

Clean facility, courteous staff, phenomenal breakfast, and great location. We stayed one night the day before our cruise and highly recommend. They provide shuttle services for to the port for $16 per person. You have to make the reservation once you arrive.

Like other reviews, the hotel is nice and clean but the airport shuttle is terribly unreliable. I went to the correct door entrance and still waited an hour and gave up & took an Uber. The point of an airport hotel is the shuttle! Nice front desk staff though

I like this hotel because it offered transportation from airport to hotel and hotel to Port Miami. I didn’t like the fact the air conditioning went out. Called front desk and no one came to check issue. It was a miserable night. Overall, I would have given it 4 stars but the a/c situation made the low stars.
