Very clean and cute place. However, the walls are thin and you can hear everything. Even the maintenance crew are loud during the morning. During my first day I couldn’t open the main door to go outside and I called customer service. Whoever answered was rude and inpatient. I pressed the green button and pushed the door but it wouldn’t work. I waited for about 7min until the door worked and then I got a call telling why I didn’t tell them I was able to open it. Cute place but I can’t recommend it.

First Time in South Beach

The location was great right near the beach and a dog park. Hopefully future travels will bring me back here. Got to do some shopping near by during my stay. I love the adult friendly-only vibe. The room was comfortable and I loved the decor.

Stayed here for one night before a cruise and had a really great experience. The hotel looks new and everything felt super clean. Check-in was quick and easy and the staff was really responsive. Friendly service from housekeeper when we asked for more towels. Room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Definitely will stay again.

Didn’t deal with any person. Other then a easy text the day of to ask what the door code was, and a brief hello from a worker/cleaner in the morning.. very nice, peacefully, just the a/c wasn’t as cold as I would hope, but if that’s the worst I can say then it was a 10/10 very worth the stay

The hotel was nice overall. Smelled great. Very clean. Only issue I truly had was the fact that housekeeping doesn’t replenish linens except every two days. Given the humidity and beach and sand, I didn’t feel that was appropriate. Otherwise it was good!
