My mother and I had the pleasure of staying at your beautiful hotel from 12/21-24 in celebration of my 41st Birthday. Our experience was beyond my expectations. You fulfilled my request for both an early check-in and late check-out. Also, the birthday card and desserts were much appreciated! Thank you for the hospitality! I want to especially thank Vuyo at the front desk for her professionalism and the accommodating process during arrival. Brandon at the Lobby bar for his delicious suggestions with the food and drinks. Alejandro at the beach was friendly and super helpful with our needs. Luigi at Donna Mare was phenomenal. The food and ambience was amazing! Overall, I definitely look forward to my return in the near future! Happy holidays to you all!

We booked a room with an ocean view but the view was 90% blocked by a building in front of the view. Also, the room was extremely small (like New York City size) - no where to put suitcases - and the shower became dangerously hot if the sink was used at the same time.
