The whole apartment is very much in need of update. Kitchen cupboards are dirty.
Can’t believe we have to do dishes or you will charge $50. 😩
Upon arrival, no one on reception.
The apartment itself was fine.
Had to call four times and waited on the phone out the front for over 10 minutes before a real person answered the phone to check me in. There were some trash/wrappers left in the bedroom from a previous guest?
First room was nothing like the online photos. There was one very small window making the room small and dingy. There were also steps in the corridor leading to the room,301, not good as I walk with a cane and steps are a problem. Thanks to Tammy, she arranged to move us to another room with did reflect the online photos and no steps. Made the rest of our stay more enjoyable,
A full kitchen. Large room. Separate bedroom and office area. Hint. Just check beforehand, as they are often not at reception and you need to get a code for a key box at the door outside. And text some ID. Painful for sure.
There was a holes in the wall where it looked like someone had punched it.
The pillows were very soft and I looked in the wardrobe and there were three yellow stained pillows with no covers
People were running up and down the hallway most the night.
The room was unclean, and the passageway/elevator had rubbish on the floor. The room had no natural sunlight, and the curtains were hanging off. The lamp did not work.

It served its purpose as a quick over night stay but I wouldn’t be rushing back. The front desk closed at 1pm even though when I booked it said different.
Didn’t have storage room for our luggage once we checked out which made difficult. For the rest of our day as our flight wasn’t until 5pm.
The gentlemen on the front desk was fanatic, helping us out where to find storage lockers at southerner cross station.

Staff are not always in the reception so better ask everything beforehand
I arrived to my room with a frozen over freezer which took 2 hours for me to defrost so i could use it for the week the room was run down the bathroom was old spa bath not operational the rooms not noise insulate as i heard everything from the apartment above me from high heels on the wooden floor all night to their bedroom activities front desk wasnt 24 hours so i had to help people who did speak English well with room problems or contacting help what i saw advertised in the picture of the room didnt even come close to the pictures .i had a very temperamental microwave and washing machine
The shower head had a hole in it so that water sprayed 90 degrees across to the wall.
The freezer was so iced over it could not be shut.
No staff available upon checkin or check out
Room just basic cleaned .. dust all over dining table … 3 people 2 towels had booked for 3
Check in late 9pm was a disaster we had no email or call to give us instructions to date prior and it took 40mins over the phone with an agency who had zero care factor

Great location with easy walking to shopping, food & entertainment. Apartment great layout. Only saw someone at reception once. Apartment could have been cleaned a lot better, rubbish in between couch cushions. TV could do with an upgrade. Bathroom needing an upgrade with toilet constantly running, leaking around shower head, ?soap holder knocked off wall so there was a hole. Could do with a repaint to freshen up. Overall with a bit of TLC would stay again.
The room was filthy, holes in walls and doors, shower head was split so didn’t work properly, soap dispenser fell off the wall. I was going to be late checking in, tried ringing 3 time that day to advise them but no one answered and then went I got to the hotel I had to hold on th phone for 15 mins to speak to someone so I could check in.
