Food is okay, the elevators take forever. People really don’t respect your space, or the pool. I wish there was more life guards on duty to correct the behaviors, the pool can be full of food for people eating in it. Rooms are outdated and very old. The staffs works hard and very friendly.

I was very disappointed with riu Mazatlán our mini fridge and our friends in a different room never got stocked once and we were there 4 days, when day of check out came our flight was at 9pm but hotel said that we need to be out there lobby by 5pm we were just sitting they were not the nicest here

We got there early so we had to wait and pay almost $100 dollars extra to eat breakfast because they didn’t want to give us the bracelet until 3pm. Hotel is clean, people are friendly, swimming pool close too early, cannot swim at the beach too much rocks and big waves. We had a room on the 6th floor and we noticed that the elevator skipped the floor on the way down so they make you to use the stairs.

We previously stayed at this property 4 months ago and had no complaints. This visit, the staff in the pool areas was unable to keep up with cleanliness in a timely manner. I will say it had a lot to do with messy guests. However dirty dishes remaining without being picked up for hours at a time
