We had a fantastic stay at the Kimpton – easily my favourite hotel in Manchester. The building is stunning and beautifully restored, with a great central location. Staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive throughout. Our room, tucked away on its own subfloor, was stylish, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up for a relaxing stay – from quality tea and coffee options to fresh milk in the fridge and bath salts in the bathroom. The complimentary wine and beer hour between 5–6pm was a classy touch, and we really appreciated the generous midday checkout and bottled water for the road. A brilliant experience from start to finish.

We arrived earlier than our check in time but were able to check in half an hour early and we got free membership also we didn't realise tgat the breakfast was included as it didn't state this on the website we booked the hotel on very happy excellent value for money plenty of choice for breakfast would definitely stay again

Great welcome when checking in and whenever we entered the hotel. Our room was clean and functional. The very minor improvement we thought of was to have a better TV signal and a clock in the room!

Quirky but comfortable, staff friendly and efficient, very comfy bed, good shower, good breakfast. Location great (so close to the Opera House) easy walk to the train station, loads of restaurants and the shops.

Great one night stay. Needed something close to Manchester Piccadilly station and this was perfect. Very clean, good shower with big towels, comfortable bed and some nice little touches. Appreciated the coffee/tea service. If you are considering a longer stay, there isn’t much room to put suitcases except the bed.
