Whilst the rooms have all amenities for a short stay, they would be excellent for a longer stay, as there is a kitchen facility included. The 24hr reception is invaluable, especially if you need an early flight.

Sheer curtains in bright city! Couldn't sleep! Desperately needs blackout curtains! Our keys had to be reloaded several times. Kitchenette was wonderful!

1. Had to go to reception 3 times in order to get working room cards. 2. Told them I paid thru Expedia for rhe room and they still charged my credit card. Paid them days ago for the city tax amd they charged my credit card again. 3. Not impressed.

A really comfortable stay with all the welcome thoughtful touches needed. A kitchenette with SMEG hob, dishwasher, kettle and toaster, microwave fridge and everything you need, coffee pods and even proper milk in the fridge!!! Yes not Ghastly UHT! Everything seemed brand new. Super comfy beds and bedding, ultra modern tech for total control of air con and lighting, enough storage, free stable wifi. Even a laundry room! A shop next to the bar for convenience meals etc. This hotel was a really refreshing change from tired old rooms that are all the same - almost certainly designed by someone with extensive experience of hotels for business and pleasure, and someone who knows that the little things matter a lot. We saw loads of cleaning staff who were super polite and appeared far happier than your average cleaners in hotels, taking pride in their work and engaging with guests. The receptionist we first met was super efficient and friendly, bar staff were hard to distinguish from guests as sat using laptops and not uniformed or badged, but helpful when asked if they were staff who could serve us. Overall a great short stay super clean and comfy and close to many restaurants and bars and uni of course but also very quiet! Perfect.
