Wonderful

Lots of shops near and close to arndale centre. Room was overall clean but one of the towels was stained. The air con in the room was loud and kept me up even when I turned it off, there was a leak in the ceiling and the sound of water dripping from the ceiling onto the carpet also woke me up at 3am. Staff were polite but I had to wait atleast 5 minutes to speak to someone every time I went to reception and there was no answer to the call I made from my room. WiFi was consistently weak but strong enough to access internet.

This was such a cute hotel, the staff were amazing and the location was great.

Everything we could want from our hotel accommodation - great location, friendly and helpful staff, clean room, good breakfast. Loved the guest incentive to help the hotel be more sustainable too!

Beautiful hotel, clean, modern, large room, comfy bed, bathroom was huge with both separate shower and tub, towels. small fridge too. breakfast buffet with made to order omelets was fantastic. thank you, we will be back

Prime location, clean environment, lovely staff. Amy and Frankie at reception were very polite and professional— they couldn’t do enough for us. And the kitchen staff, amazing. Baazi was friendly and helpful. Everyone outdid selves, even housekeeping. I highly recommend.
