Could not sleep for 2 days, room has ZERO noise insulation. Housekeeping closet was across from my room and the door kept slamming, doorstops and voices from the room above and during the day construction noise from within the hotel. A truly bad experience and not acceptable.

Yes staff was courteous, room adequate, good heating system. I wish that I hadn’t ordered a room service meal. Having been a guest at this hotel several times I was expecting a nice meal, what I got was not so nice. A cold soup and a beef carrillera topped with a mushroom concoction with that was not edible topped with a burned piece of foie. Next time I’ll not order. Waited for the shuttle at the same spot that I had in the past however apparently now they stop at a different spot, in front of Exit 12, not at the Hotel Bus Stop that has the hotel name listed there. Right in front of exit 14 at the Barajas airport Terminal 4. After waiting for over one hour and having called the hotel twice I ended having to call a Taxi.

Firstly we paid extra for early check in we had to wait 2 hours before rooms was ready Once we got into the room unpacked we smelt a very strong smell of paint we call the reception they moved to another room same problem strong smell of paint third time we had to move to another room. This time it was ok, apparently there are were areas that they were painting and the central heating system was pulling in the paint smell into the several rooms Any we waisted 3 hours I asked about a refund for the early check in and told to call head office not what I was expecting should have got refund straight away wount be stay at this hotel

Good location, shuttle service from and to the airport, room was very spacious with complimentary coffee and water. Bathtub and separate shower. Easy access to metro and bars around the hotel. Staff was helpful and friendly. Will definitely consider while travelling via MAD
