Hotel with park view and walking paths

Great hotel in a good location. If you don't mind walking to the main site areas it is situated along the river Manzares with lovely park lanes bordering the river . Quiet rooms with nice views over the park. Breakfast options are plentiful. Pleasant staff . Ciuld use ironing boards and an iron in the room.

The property was very clean. There was only one cafe within walking distance. The location is far from the cultural center of the city. Staff were nice but English was not spoken by many.

Close enough to the city center where you can take a bus right outside the hotel, but far enough where it's not noisy or crowded. It's also situated by the river where many locals are seen exercising from the early hours. The breakfast buffet was a great source of nourishment before our daily hikes around the city.

After traveling all over Europe it was nice to be at this hotel since it was close to many restaurants and famous landmarks. Not only that if you want to workout you can follow the river and take a stroll in the morning or late evening.

The staff were great. I especially appreciated the outside space and pool and felt away from the fray in Madrid. Walking to the tourist area is fine but uphill.

The hotel is very nice, great location and a restaurant right downstairs. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only downside was the mattress was incredibly uncomfortable, I could feel the springs through the fabric, and the water in the shower goes from scalding hot to freezing cold intermittently while showering. If it weren’t for these issues I would say 5 stars.

A well situated hotel on the river

We enjoyed our stay overall but were very disappointed with the service in both the bar and the restaurant which was slow and unfriendly. Also,the lack of tea and coffee making facilities in our room was a lack. Carrying paper cups of boiling water upstairs was not ideal.

Clean quiet and comfortable property. Had a desk and a safe which are an added convenience. Also having the fridge was convenient. Plenty of room in the bathroom for a shower. I would stay here again
