Very nice , clean hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful . Excellent location - only 5 minutes from nearest Metro station ( San Bernardo). Fairly central to most attractions. Ten minute walk to Gran Via and all the restaurants and shopping. At 15 Euros per person ( children are only under 12) I would say the breakfast is pricey and probably not good value for money. There are plenty of bakeries etc close by which is a cheaper alternative. Overall - very nice hotel though.

Great hotel, good location, awesome triple

Very functional hotel and room. A little small but we had three triple beds. Beds were v comfortable. Shower was closed and extremely good. Really awesome shower! Good location too. Staff was very very nice.

This was our second time staying in the Leonardo. We chose it for the convenience of walking to Metro stations and easy walk to Malasaña. Hotel staff is great. Very attentive and helpful. Property is next to a high traffic route but it's quiet and comfortable inside.

“The area was decent with good transportation options, but my stay was ruined by the fact that I found bugs in my bed. When I reported it, staff dismissed it by saying the bugs came from a tree — which is on the opposite side of the gas station, nowhere near my window. I felt completely unheard, and no real solution was offered. This is unacceptable. A clean room is the bare minimum, and brushing it off like that made it worse.”

The hotel was great and staff was great. Check in was a breeze and they even stayed with our luggage while we explored Madrid. AC was great and we had hot water for showers. The only con is the shower, it should be a walk in and the rooms are small.
