Fine for a night or two

The hotel was in a good location for a business trip, rather than a site seeing one. The room was clean and fairly comfortable. The big issues I had were that the shower temperature would jump to boiling hot every few minutes and the AC. The thermostat system is so loud that I didn’t sleep at all the first night, and for the remaining nights had to turn it off before bed. And on my final morning something must have gone wrong as I was woken up by what sounded like a jet engine in the vents. Overall the hotel is fine for a night or two but there are issues.

A very pleasant experience at Hotel Serrano. Spacious clean rooms , great breakfast, nice bar area . Not a flashy or luxury hotel but it is elegant . Excellent location next to Serrano street and many shops and restaurants. Very good value for the price. Highly recommended .

Has the best location in all Madrid. Only on block from the best street of the city. Very safe and easy to move in taxi. The location is very very amazing. The rooms are renovable and th staff is veey nice.
