Has the best location in all Madrid. Only on block from the best street of the city. Very safe and easy to move in taxi. The location is very very amazing. The rooms are renovable and th staff is veey nice.

Not great . Don’t know if the price drop is worth

The hotel is very well situated and attractive , price-wise . We made a date change in our reservation and with the change they changed our room to a twin bed . I specifically asked for double bed if possible . When we arrived the receptionist said he couldn’t that we had a twin bed . My agent called and then he said he could put the beds together and use double bed bedding . But first he had to make a stink about it . Terrible. Not great
