Book Lucas hotels

The breakfast at this establishment was quite pricey at $18.00 per person. While the food was decent, it lacked any special or memorable qualities. One of the major issues was the presentation of the food. It was served in hot warmers, which made it appear as if the food had been sitting there since breakfast began at 6 am. To improve the experience, they should consider offering omelets made to order and providing more toppings for waffles and other items.

Overall a great stay.Breakfast was delicious, the free cookies are very delicious. It’s just time to remodel. You can see some of the fixtures in the bathroom are old.

Everything was good they took care of us

We got in just after midnight…the receptionist was very underwhelming. We showered that night and those towels used were the only ones we had the remainder of our stay (except for the few l that were taken and not replaced while we were out for the day. We asked for towels on at least 4 different occasions with no success. The reasoning each time was that “he was washing and drying them” even at 10pm the night before our departure. It was quiet inconvenient to dry off with a hand towel. Water in the pool seemed murky,rail leading down the stairs was loose and unstable. Our room was nice and the cleanliness was just okay, due to small things like trash already being in the wastebaskets when we arrived. We would probably book again,when visiting the Dallas area,just not this Embassy location.

Comfy bed, good breakfast

The rooms were very clean and the hotel offered hot breakfast, dinner, and happy hour. We were very happy with our stay and the hotel. I chose this hotel based off the reviews on cleanliness and it met all our expectations!
