One of the elevators was out of service so the wait to get to our room took longer than it should have. Our room did not feel very clean, it definitely could have been better. One of the front guest receptionists was very rude, and just stared at us like we were bothering him, instead of greeting us as he should have.

Booked "City View" then got there and they tried to put us on the first floor. there was no view. We ended up on the second floor. Breakfast was ok but nothing great. They are doing renovations or something at the hotel, I probably wouldnt have booked it if I had known that. Oh, and someone hit/damaged our rental car in the parking lot but they have no cameras and didnt care. Also bed makes alot of noise getting in and out.
