We had a great time! Staff was helpful in changing our room. My wife has a fear of heights and they were very accommodating! Ac had some issues but maintenance came immediately and fixed it. Wasn’t a huge fan of the limited coffee creamer selection.

I was charged for breakfast, tips, and other restaurant fees, but I did not visit the restaurant at all. I tried calling during BUSINESS hours on friday but I was told no one at restaurant could help until monday, so I have to call back on monday for something I'm not supposed to deal with until they have someone for their restaurant. Does it make any sense as a hotel??????
