Hotel does not appear very clean. Shower does not get very hot. TV does not get very loud and was hard to hear. A/C does not get very cold. Front desk told me I have to come downstairs if I need anything for my room as they do not deliver anything to the rooms. Pool was dirty. Shower had broken soap holder with the exposed sharp ceramic edges.

Stay was fine, came to Dallas to visit a friend. Room was decent, although bathroom fan didn't work & the AC fan was noisy. Hotel doesn't have room service per say, but there is a restaurant that you can order from for delivery. (good food). Kids and pet friendly...
