Around midnight, someone was given access to our room. Luckily the bolt was up so the door didn’t open all the way but it was enough to wake us all including our kids. Front desk simply just made us new keys.

Room was great. The door on the bathroom was broken, but that wasn’t really that big of a deal. The room was perfect, good AC, and the hotel staff was very accommodating to us with our newborn bringing the pack and play and making our room clean with new sheets each day. Will definitely be staying again. It’s in a great area!

There was red stains on our blanket so we got a new one from the nice employee in the front. Then when we took off initial blanket there were MORE stains in the sheets. Not only that but there were also hairs and also dead bug on the wall. Not much compensation other than a new room. We would have loved an extra night or something as we had been traveling for hours that day and had to unpack then repack to switch rooms. The employee was so kind but truly that was disgusting, and there were hairs in the sink too
