I felt the hotel was in pretty rough shape in terms of it needed a facelift from wear and tear. For this reason, it felt dirty. Similarly, my room felt not totally clean - and there were mystery hairs of varying sizes on the pillows and sheets stuck to the fabric. This hotel really needs to be renovated if it wants to consider itself luxury.

The staff was very kind and the room was clean. There were a couple of broken fixtures in the room (bathroom door handle, lamp) but the room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

The room was in good condition things were just very cheap overall, the towels were very scratchy. It’s a very loud hotel hard to sleep. Loud AC unit. Bed was comfortable though so that was a plus.

The room and hotel are loud, not well insulated. Hallways have wood floors, everything echoes. The cleaning ladies yell down the hallways every day, very loud (and I was there on a non-busy week). Hotels.com did not inform on website that pool has been closed for a long period of time. Construction going on when I checked in - front desk staff and Hotels.com did not even make guests aware. Had to move rooms after 1 night as there was a raised forklift outside my window looking in with a worker and beeping all day. This hotel is NOT good if you are staying in town for work, need to get any work done in your room, or need to get any sleep. Everything in the rooom needs to be maintenanced - including caulking the showers - there is old gross looking caulk in the showers. The hotel is poorly laid out, when I asked for a quiet room - they said all their rooms on the end of halls are next to the cleaning supply closets - so there are no quiet rooms. I am not using hotels.com again because they put no message to guests that the hotel is under construction and the pool has been closed for a long time.

Unresponsive staff and a cold room "We had a disappointing stay here. The HVAC system was completely ineffective; despite setting the thermostat to quite high the room never rose above 66-67°F all night. Additionally, our request for room service/cleaning was ignored entirely. When I mentioned the lack of service to the front desk agent at checkout, he offered a dismissive 'sorry about that' and sent us on our way. The complete lack of care from the staff was the most frustrating part.
