The staff was very nice and somewhat informative. We stayed 4 nights and our room was only cleansed the last night of our stay . The sign in the bathroom read that they would clean every other day unless told otherwise. When talking to the staff we were told that they only clean If requested. If that be the case why not tell us this at check in. That was my only complaint with this property at this time.

Great stay, but needs a shuttle.

Nice facility close to airport. In very good condition. Quiet room. Only complaints would be no shuttle to airport (which means $25 taxi/Uber from airport for a 1.5 mile ride). And bathroom refresh was short of towels and handsoap.

Hotel is really close to the airport. The room was fairly clean, the only issue I had was that there were multiple gnats in the shower. They were coming in from the shower drain. The carpet was dirty and sticky in some areas. Other than that, the hotel was okay for a couple days.

Hotel was clean, good breakfast options and the hotel was very close to the airport and SoFi arena. I did feel like my room could have used an update and I did have an issue with blood on my sheets. When I let management know they did come change the sheets.

Room for the rodeo

Although my room wasn’t quite ready when I arrived. I have no complaints. Tbh this is the only hotel I would want to stay in when I visit LA. I had the balcony room and it was exquisite!! It smelled good, it didn’t smell stale like most hotels. It was clean and inviting. I felt very comfortable. I loved everything about this hotel. I WILL BE BACK!
