Everything was great until we were leaving who ever the lady was driving us to the airport was rude and unfriendly. Didn’t help us with bags or speak had an attitude and made us stand outside in the cold at 5am while she was sitting in shuttle.

The refrigerator in our room did not work. Also, there was no Micro-wave. Lastly, one of the mattresses needs replacing. I kept having to replace the fitted sheet as the mattress was sagging badly. Otherwise, a nice stay. However, probably will not stay again. Warmest aloha, M. Maine

Great staff, very clean, staff texted to ask what additional services I may need, included cooked breakfast was great, lobby was large and inviting with lots of cozy chairs & couches. Great area to socialize in. Shuttle service to / from airport was was great. Nice little store to buy snacks. Near lots of places to eat, & shopping. Only drawback, deposit is $75 PER NIGHT! (not great when you're staying a week ). Other drawback, $20 parking daily.
