The facade looks deceiving because once you’re inside it feels like hotel rooms in the 50s. Old carpet, hard bed, ugly bathrooms, toilet seat is worn down and shower is scarce of water. Expedia says breakfast included but they only serve coffee and pop tarts. Never again.

Coffee and pop tarts in the morning. But Starbucks is so close. Snacks available, but we door dash. The place is clean and remodeled but dated. Still had a great stay for what we needed. The area is perfect, staff is great and we felt safe. Price is excellent.

The front desk staff were able to help us with requests. The AC in the room wasn’t working the first night, but was fixed for the rest of the trip. The hotel is nice, we stay every year. Beds are comfortable. Bathrooms could use a remodel. Overall, it’s a safe quite place to stay.

I had a quiet & pleasant stay. The room is old & outdated & really needs upgrades other than that the bed was comfy, the pool & hot tub are clean & relaxing. We had dinner at Acalpulco restaurant that is located down the street, the food & drinks were delish. Great stay at Glendale Express.

I booked this hotel based on the photos and reviews, but when I arrived it looked nothing like the pictures. It was dirty, had unfinished drywall, mold in the bathroom, and the room smelled bad. I asked the front desk to change rooms but they said they couldn’t help, even though I had a toddler and newborn with me. The inside and outside of the hotel also felt unsafe. I cancelled my second stay.
