The best thing about the hotel location is great . It is around many eateries. They are in walking distance. The breakfast was awesome. The chef was very friendly. He always had a smile and friendly. The staff were friendly. The negative about this hotel . The drainage system is not great . The tub was draining properly. I had to call about it . They fixed it , but left the tub dirty. The stopper in the tub and sink didn’t work . The sink in the living area didn’t work properly. I look under the bed . It look like they don’t clean under the bed . A lot of dust . Trash under the bed . Need to take the curtains down and wash them . Stains on the curtains. The bathroom is also small . Looked under the cabinet in the living area . It was dirty .

Excellent breakfast, had an omelette bar and waffle maker. Room was clean but the toilet paper holder and the towel hanger on the bathroom door was broken. The water pressure in the shower was weak. I informed the front desk. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Room is big and had a separate living room.

I reserved a 2 bed room and upon check in, the room door was wide open and it was a one bed. I specifically needed 2 beds since I was on a work trip and needed 2 beds. One person was forced to sleep on the sofa bed. I was told I would be refunded 20% and that didn’t happen. I’ve called the hotel 3 times now.
