Toilet would not flush properly and the toilet was short to the ground. I would have to hold the handle in order to get good water flow. Shower kept dripping after water was shut.

The first lady at the front desk could’ve been nicer when I asked her if early check in was available. The gentleman who checked me in was very polite and accommodating. When I arrived to my room late at night, I noticed the AC in my room wasn’t working. I had to sleep in a hot room because my infant was already asleep and I figured nobody would come fix my AC at 10pm at night.

room is OK even design less elevator available. Breakfast is horrible. we paid the breakfast. Only one kind of toast is available, no French vanilla for the coffee. I had been live 3 nights before in different hotels. This one is the worst breakfast. If you want charge more for breakfast, it is Ok, but we need more variety. It not qualify with Hilton this name brand.
