The Expedia website shows check in begins at 11am however when I arrived at 12pm I was informed I had to pay a fee to check in early. When I explained the check in stayed on the website the staff member was rude, condescending, and unhelpful. Even if there was nothing that could be done, the staff member could have shown compassion for the inconvenient situation and did not.

Great hotel, bad check in

The hotel was nice but the checkin process was horrible. The front desk agent was new and could figure out how to check us in. I ended up getting charged my deposit twice just to stay one night.

The hotel is located in a good location everything is nearby! The only down side was the 34.00 per day/37.00 valet parking. I don't feel anyone should be paying for parking when your staying at that hotel.
