The staff is tremendous. They are very helpful,kind and help out in anyway. Once you stay here, you will not want to stay anywhere else.GUARANTEED!

The property was great with a great view. They really thought about all of our needs, unlike some other properties. If you are looking for a nice place to stay this is it.

From the start, we were treated to a top-notch experience. Cadey checked us in to the hotel in a friendly, professional, and thoughtful manner. Since the hotel is located within Union Station, there are a lot of folks coming and going. While this may have seemed intimidating at first, Cadey clearly explained all of the included perks of staying at the hotel (and there are many), answered all of our questions, and made us feel at home. In fact, all of the reception staff were equally helpful (thank you Gracie, Grace, Auberry, and Alan!) at any time of the day or evening. As mentioned, the hotel is located in Union Station. With all of the businesses and restaurants, trains arriving and departing from the station, etc., we never heard one sound while inside of our very welll appointed room. Having enjoyed our one-night stay so much, we have already booked for Mother's Day weekend at the hotel.
