Staff and stay good overall.

Ava at check in was great and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. My only issue is the black out curtains in the room doesn’t cover the left edge of the wall and light definitely comes in as soon as the sun comes out which defeats the purpose of black out. Overall good stay and beds are super comfortable and sheets are clean and smooth.

Our Stay was nice. The room was as described on the website. The small fridge didn’t hold much of anything - there was no way to store or reheat leftover food. Attached restaurant was good but pricey. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance and ride share was accessible. Overall I would stay here again.

Okay hotel for such a higher price!

Had requested connecting rooms we didn’t get those. The beds and pillows were not comfortable causing neck pain. Our shower was broken and had to face hot water issues frequently. Our window had a big wall in front so the room was constantly dark!

Perfectly adequate.

This was an overall good stay--room was clean and quiet. Felt safe in this location downtown. There is a parking garage just down the street that we utilized. Room was clean, common areas were clean. Roof top was a nice place to relax and have a cup of coffee. Food in restaurant was just ok. Nothing outstanding, but an average-safe-good stay. We would stay here again.

The comforter had blood stains. Absolutely disgusting. When we called to replace linens, they told us that housekeeping wasn’t there which is fine and understandable. No one ever came to remove the linens. No one brought us fresh linens. When they did, they said they knocked on the door when we were in the room and no one knocked on the door. The room was absolutely disgusting filthy and the staff was absolutely obnoxious handling the situation. I would never go to another again completely rude disgusting.

Check in process is underperforming vs other hotels - have to be there in person to check back and see if room is ready - they refuse to call, text or email you. They leave your baggage basically unattended in the lobby - WAY too easy to steal so I didn’t feel comfy with that so had to bring all my bags with me all day, which was super inconvenient. When I came back to check on my room availability, I waited 10 mins for someone to come to the front desk - they were nowhere to be found. I would not come back for this reason.

Basic toiletries were missing in the room. They added a $4 charge for asking an extra roll of toilet paper. the room Air conditioning did not work properly. Quite overpriced for very basic rooms and almost non-existent services. It is not the actual Hyatt it just has its name.

Great stay

Hip hotel in a great location within walking distance (15-20 mins) of the train, tons of restaurants, and activities. Our room was perfect for 2; clean, modern, loved the chaise! And the on site restaurant was delicious, classy yet casual.

The hotel was nice. The staff wasn’t very friendly. The lock battery on our room died, so we couldn’t get into our room. We had to check in with the front desk 3 times before the engineer finally arrived after an hour.
