I’m typically not one to rate low, however, felt extremely disappointed with my experience here. We asked reception several times for our room to be cleaned and the trash to be taken out… housekeeping never came by during our 5 day stay. My husband had to take the trash out, ask for toilet paper, and towels - we had to carry everything up to our room. We made mention that housekeeping had not stopped by to clean our room, they said they would note it… the next day we found a woman from housekeeping on our floor and got a dirty stare. We were looking forward to a clean room after a long day of exploring Denver, especially after seeing housekeeping was a few rooms away from ours… but nothing. No one came by despite multiple requests. Everyone in reception was super friendly and helpful though, that’s why I’m giving 2 stars and not 1. Another thing to note, an older gentleman working at the bar provided TERRIBLE service. He was very passive aggressive, making jokes that were not funny - just masking his rudeness. My family and I felt so uncomfortable we took our dinner up to the room. The room itself — beautiful. The vibes and decor were immaculate, just wish our overall experience would’ve been better.

They charge $21 per day for parking. I was not made aware of this when I booked nor did the hotel ask me if I parked a car when I checked in. It was a windy night and there was a howling noise through out the hallway on my floor. It didn't make it cold but it was noisy. It was a stormy night and they were understaffed. It took a long time to get people checked in.

Such a wonderful property especially if you have spent all day traveling you can have a drink at the bar or sit and eat a meal as a family and just relax! Breakfast starts early so we didnt have to go to the airport hungry! Definitely will be back!

This hotel is well kept. Beautiful decor, friendly staff and a really great complimentary breakfast. Would love for my family and I to stay here again. They have an indoor heated pool and a fitness center.

Checking in was smooth, and we arrived to a tidy room. The staff were attentive throughout our overnight stay. However, my sole grip is related to the shuttle. It appears that capacity is lacking since the shuttle service is split with other hotels. It felt like we in a Hunger Games simulation as we were jockeying for position to get our chance to board. In spite of this, the shuttle drivers were extremely accommodating.
