Parking lot was small. Noisey area , but hotel and staff are amazing. The pool are is nice and opens to the outdoors, but the water is not heated and was very chilly. Clean comfortable rooms.

This was a great hotel! Went for bluejays series. Excellent location, grocery store across the street. Close to the union station, Beds were comfy. Would recommend this hotel!!

Great place to stay if attending a Rockies game- 10 min walk. Tons of walkable places to eat, and a grocery store across the street. $49 for parking is steep, but the valets were fast and super polite.

The property itself is lovely. Unfortunately, the location was sketchy at best. We weren’t comfortable going any further than the supermarket and coffee shop across the street on foot. Be prepared to Uber/Lyft wherever you go.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The hotel was very clean, there was a King Soopers across the street which was very convenient to purchase snacks, etc. There are a ton of restaurants nearby. The hotel is also very walkable to Union Station and Coors Field which was a great bonus!!

The hotel was average, nothing special. Valet was rude. The worst part was there was a liquid seeping up between the planks. It was disgusting. We called the front desk, they sent a maid. She wasn't sure what is was either, tried cleaning but since is was under the floor, kinda inpossible. We called the front desk and they refused to do anything. The sweet maid brought up a bunch of towels for us to lay down, we were very thankful. Very disappointed, will never stay there again. Rude valet and front desk staff that doesn't prioritize guest comfort.

A guy at the front desk was a bit of a j e r k when I asked about using the stairs because there were about 40 people waiting for the elevator. Scoffed at my request to use them and told me the elevator was around the corner. When I mentioned the large number of people waiting already he gave me a snotty response. Other than that it was fine.

It's okay

Stayed here for the savannah bananas game since it is close to coors field. The beds were kind of hard and not too comfortable. Definitely paid for the location. Valet service is pricey but convenient.

1 out of 3 elevators worked our entire stay. Restaurant next door (their so called restaurant) carded us at 45+ years old and refused to serve us without an ID. No fresh towels or coffee daily. Valet guy was awesome. No breakfast! Do better HILTON!!!!

Our room was lovely. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom had nice product and excellent water pressure. The traffic on the glass house sode of the building is a little loud but the floor to ceiing windows made up for it.

We booked 4 nights. On our arrival 2 of 3 elevators were in working order. On our first morning we left to start our day & returned that evening to change for an event, the floor was soaking wet. We let the front desk know and headed to our event. Upon our return we were told we would need to change rooms but they were having issues with making keys so we were let into our new room by staff & promised keys would be passed under our door by morning. This never happened. My husband went down to a about this and basically the morning shift was not made aware of the issues because they were reluctant to give him a key. That morning there was only 1 working elevator and a line out the door to go up. You then stopped at every floor going up&down with a full elevator. Parking was also a nightmare 2hr street parking & valet parking only not only was it the only option but it was expensive for hotel guests & very slow. We waited almost an hour 1 morning for our car. Worst hotel stay ive ever experienced.
