he breakfast was painfully bland, with portions so small they felt more like a joke than a meal. Total chaos everywhere. The schedule was so poorly planned that everyone was forced to come down in their pajamas, only to find that the food was often already gone. On several days, breakfast simply ran out, and instead of doing anything to help hungry guests, the staff just focused on shutting everything down as fast as possible. No food, no solutions, no shame. To make things better, there weren’t even enough seats, so good luck if you arrived even slightly late.
And don’t even get me started on housekeeping. After 3 PM, apparently no one works there anymore — as if we were still in the middle of a pandemic. If you didn’t explicitly beg for your room to be cleaned, you simply didn’t get service. Period. An absolute disgrace for a hotel that charges prices comparable to top-tier hotels while delivering bottom-tier service.
