Nestled between the Motel 6 and the Best Western, you get what you pay for! We didn't want to stay on the strip and we were looking for dirt cheap + clean + relatively safe and we got all 3 things we were looking for. Walk to MGM isn't bad at all, less than 15 minutes. The "breakfast" is bananas and some sort of prepackaged pastry. Def saw some suspicious activity with the unhoused + working ladies of the night in the area but was prepared for that so it didn't bother us. Room was clean. Linens were clean. Staff was helpful. Do not forget to bring your toothbrush like I did because the one they provide you at the front desk can also be used to clean your bbq grates, the bristles are so hard. Lots of helicopter noise overhead until about 11pm but then it stops. We were only in the room to shower and sleep between 11pm-6am so it met all of our needs.

This place is getting old and could use a bit of an upgrade. The breakfast menu was slim, did not even offer the usual cold cereals that are common in the budget hotels. It is close to the airport, so there was a lot of noise from planes taking off. It is worth the price though, and the staff was very friendly.

Staff was courteous, TV remote was broken, baseboaards all stained, Tile floor needed sweeping and was sticky in spots, TV mount on wall was working but poorly installed with wires hanging. I did like the choice of decor and furniture, beds were clean and comfortable, bathroom was especially nice with walk in shower, plenty of towels and provided toiletries seemed of high quality. But room was a little "dingy, sad"
