No parking lot use. The breakfast was good . The biscuits were the best. Staff was awesome. Will most likely stay there again when I visit buffalo. I came on Amtrak to Depew. I didn’t realize the hotel had a shuttle bus. Would have liked if the shuttle bus could pick up from Amtrak or take guests to local places

the rooms are adequate and the beds comfortable. before going out to explore Buffalo--a really wonderful city--on the second day of our stay we requested fresh towels and reserved a time for the airport shuttle fore the next morning. When we came back about 4 the towels had not come. This morning we boarded the shuttle to and our names were not on the list.

The hotel location is convenience to the airport and the Interstate. Short driving to a new Trader's Joe and a large number of well-known retail brands. The hot breakfast was nice though sitting spaces were a little tight. The room size is above average and have a recently renovated shower stall.

Loved everything, property was well maintained and location was easily accessible.

The room was not clean; the shower tiles were rust and the tub was peeling. We were not able to get cable or wifi to work on our TV, we called twice, after the second time front desk said someone would come but no one did! My morning check out with Tiffany at front desk was HORRIBLE. I never received such negative and disrespectful service like that before! I was appalled she spoke to me in such manner. I will definitely NEVER return again and will continue to share my review online for others to know.
