Great place to stay on island

really beautiful views from the restaurant. great bungalow, best I've ever had actually. fun place, one of the best live bars on the island. i would recommend this place. they also have tents for budget travelers.

STAY HERE - you will love it. PK and his team are good fun, the sunset is spectacular and the food is great. We went back after trying another place.

Niemand von dem Resort wusste von unserer Ankunft. Bilder und Realität haben nichts mit der Beschreibung gemeinsam. Mußten uns vor Ort andere Unterkunft suchen.

Kauden ulkopuolella saa skootterit käyttöön jotta pääsee syömään. Todella hyvä asiakaspalvelu. Koko saaren kiertää skootterilla mukavasti ja näkee kaiken.

Beetje vergane glorie wel gezellige vibe

Wij hadden vroeg van te voren geboekt en bij aankomst bleek het overboekt te zijn. Het is allemaal een beetje vergane glorie. Heb zwembad stelt heel weinig voor. het terras was door de storm die net was geweest ingestort dus het was een beetje troosteloos. De huisjes waren we redelijk netjes met prima bedden etc.

Vi chekede ud første dag. Ankom til et lidt øde sted der ellers havde potentiale... Ejeren fortæller så at der ikke bliver serveret mad eller drikke da det er udenfor sæson. (Vores pris var inkl. Morgenmad, eller ..) . Udover det var det meste halv færdigt og ejeren virkede også en smule sådan. Øv en kedelig oplevelse, vi havde set frem til en øl ved solnedgang.

Ok til prisen, men de kunne gøre sig mere umage

Vi valgte stedet for at bo tæt på vandet, men “stranden” er ren klippe. Personalet virkede lidt uengageret, men var ellers flinke hjælpsomme. Fine rum og ok til prisen, hvis det er vigtigt at bo ved vandet.

Todella mukava henkilökunta. Bungalowit olivat ihan perus siistejä. Hotellilla ei ole omaa rantaa, mutta oma pieni uima-allas löytyy. Skootteri kannattaa vuokrata, jotta liikkuminen hotellilta helpottuu. Rento meininki ja upea auringonlasku!

Bungalow oli siisti. Hotelli syrjässä kaikesta, valottoman tiepätkän päässä, joten mopon vuokraaminen lähes välttämätöntä. Hotelli vuokraa myös pyöriä. Ihanat maisemat ravintolasta ja saaren paras paikka auringonlaskun katsomiseen. Henkilökunta oli erittäin mukava. Organisointi ei kuitenkaan ole henkilökunnan vahvuus, asioiden järjestely (kyydit yms.) jää viime tippaan. Itse varaisin nämä muuta kautta kuin hotellin kautta. Hotellilla ilmainen kyyditys satamasta hotellille, mutta kysyin asiasta kolmea eri kanavaa pitkin ennen kuin sain vastauksen. Lavataksi satamasta vain 59bht

Very relaxing stay

It's a little paradise hidden on a partly sandy, party rocky stretch of the western coast. The reception and common area looked sort of rundown, and part of the staff didn't seem very enthusiatic, but the bungalow turned out to be really nice, with a big terrace for enjoying the sea view, the sunset and the sound of the waves lapping on the shore. The sunset viewed from this resort is fantastic, a perfect reason for sipping a few inexpensive and good cocktails at the seaside bistro. The food is quite nice too.

Voici un petit coin de paradis où on serait bien restés plus longtemps et c'est ce qu'on a fait puisque nous prolongeons notre séjour. Une équipe adorable et toujours prête à conseiller rendre service. Couchers de soleil superbes en sirotant d'excellents cocktails en happy hours permanent ! Très très bonne cuisine à des prix abordables et surtout le poisson sauce soja, une tuerie!!! Je recommande vivement ce petit Banana Big Smile 😊

Sehr spartanisch aber alles was man braucht!

Je länger wir da waren ( insgesamt 3 tage) hat es uns immer besser gefallen. Wir werden bestimmt nochmal dort buchen. Alles sehr einfach aber alles was man braucht. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und uns super erholt.

5 kvällar med underbar solnedgång

Bodde på Banana Sunset Bar & Bungalows i fem nätter. Stället är väldigt enkelt men all personal (samtliga från Kambodja) som arbetar där var toppen. Stället ligger ganska avsides så det blir ganska naturligt att äta där. Maten består av olika rätter från Kambodja och Thailand. Mycket prisvärt och smakar toppen. Tyvärr finns det inget bra ställe att bada på i resorten eller i närområdet. Motorcykel kan däremot hyras för 250 Bath per dag. Kan rekommendera resorten om man inte har för stora krav på bekvämlighet.

Råttor i taket och väggarna

Vi bodde tre nätter i en Sea view bungalow och tyckte till en början att det var helt okej tills en eftermiddag när vi hör ett högt och obehagligt ljud från taket. Efter någon sekund låter det i princip alla väggar inklusive taket och vi förstår att vi har råttor som bor i vårt tak och våra väggar. När vi sedan förklarade problemet till personalen så viftade de bort det samtidigt som de försökte komma med bortförklaringar. Samt att läget var oerhört dåligt till. Vi var tvugna hyra moppe för att ta oss runt till restauranger och stranden. Med detta sagt skulle jag inte rekommendera detta boende.
