I’m not happy with the hotel front staff how she handle our situation. I don’t feel we are welcomed in that hotel. They accommodate white people very well before us when it’s my turn front staff said it’s to early to check in , we were there since 4:00 am in the hotel, it’s 2:55 pm just 5 minutes before 3:00 pm and she said it’s still early. I don't see any customer service , we beg to please check us in coz we don’t have sleep for couple of hours . Washing machine is broken needs to be fixed multiple times, they have kitchen but unable to provide pots so we can cook our meal. Kitchen is just a display they only have 1 frying pan they said they don't have any extra pots or pans that they can’t lend us.

We just finished an unbelievable time in Kuala Lumpur. The Face Suites was a solud part of our time there. The rooftop infinity pool was one of our favourite memories.

I arrived and it looked like a Chinatown street market. People everywhere, cops whistling, cars blocking entrances, not a very 5 star feeling. It’s confusing with 2 buildings that both say the word face on it, making it difficult to know which one you’re even in, I waited 40 minutes to check in to only realize I was to check in on the other building called platinum suites. When I went there, they said check in was down and to come back in a few hours?? Never heard of that at any hotel let alone 5 stars. When I was finally let into the room I paid for, it was a nice room although it just felt dated. There was an old school hot water switch that needed to be turned on. The shower even with hot water switch on, gave me hot water for all of 10 minutes max. If you have 2 people with you in the room, you need to shower at different times. The breakfast buffet was fine, although nothing crazy. I was leaving for the day and forgot to fill my water bottle up so I went to fill it at the breakfast buffet (I paid for), and was denied saying that wasn’t allowed. This sort of nickel and diming is what I’d expect at your average Holiday Inn, not a 5 star suite. I had a long day and wanted to hit the pool for just 20 minutes before it closed at 10 pm. Not an unreasonable thing to want to do. However to my complete surprise, I got in at 9:40 and not even 5 minutes later, a guard with his whistle started barking orders to everyone saying pools closed. Would recommend any other hotel

The hotel has a great location, plenty of water, and is spacious, but it has too many shortcomings. I stayed in Building C, and I couldn't get to the pool with the Petronas Twin Towers as shown in their promotional photos. The promotional photos seem to show it in the building next door, so I couldn't get there! The pool upstairs only had a small view of the Petronas Twin Towers from one angle. The pool was very small, the security guard was very rude, the rooms smelled bad, and there was inexplicable singing, especially after 5 a.m. The elevator was really slow, and we even sank down once when we were in the elevator. It was so shaky and wobbly, it was a real safety hazard! Lightning protection! !!!

The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was great. The location was central and the towers were in walking distance. Unfortunately the infinity pool was crowded and very cold which was not great given that the weather was chilly.

We had something stolen from our room which put a damper on everything. The lack of accountability, care or follow up was non existant. It was something of my daughters (16) and she remained heartbroken for the rest of the trip. The property itself is good but be very careful of your belongings if you choose to stay.

Avoid staying here. The lifts are utterly inadequate. You will wait over an hour on the upper floors to get down stairs, or like we had to, take the stairs in 30 degree heat. Management utterly uninterested. Flat was adequate, but the facilities are barely so. Despite being accommodation for 4 you get 2 or 3 of everything. Starting to get shabby and not entirely clean. Bar is not good and the food very poor. Pool was closed for most of our stay, but the seats were broken and it had a very unloved air about it. Check-in staff were rude and unhelpful. Check out was polite but disinterested in complaints. I was encouraged to give a bad review rather than being offered any solutions. Don’t stay here. There are many much better options.

This unfortunately isn’t a 5 star property. The lobby looks lovely but upon arrival (around 5pm) the 2 members of staff I dealt with were quite rude and kurt so it didn’t leave a great first impression. The room itself was somewhat clean but the sink in our bathroom didn’t drain properly. We stayed in a 2 bed apartment and there was only 1 mirror in the whole apartment (just the bathroom) ! The AC and general appliances in the room were quite old, the TV for example was so dated it didn’t even have chromecast! The apartment also seemed to lack adequate lighting as the whole space felt a bit dark. The hallways were also always very stuffy (due to no AC) and due to the lack of lifts it usually took a while for a lift to arrive (we were on the 40th floor). Overall, I don’t think I would return as there are plenty of better quality 5 star hotels in KL!

Great Stay with Top Amenities, Close to Attraction

We had a wonderful stay with excellent amenities, including a skydeck bar, swimming pool, gym, and restaurant on the 51st floor. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with kitchen facilities, a fridge, and a washing machine. Major attractions like the Twin Towers and KLCC are within walking distance. The only drawback was the long wait time for the elevator due to the high number of tourists and inter-floor traffic. Overall, it was great value for money, and our family of four, including a child, thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

Really practical and spacious stay with a killer rooftop pool. Getting a bit too busy compared to the last trip - means the great pool is less cool, and the lifts are a huge pain especially at checkout. Stayed in a higher class room than last time, but it actually felt less space and the view was substantially worse. A bit disappointing but still a really great place for families in terms of price, location and space.

Right after checking in, I found bugs in the room. It was disgusting. I immediately informed the staff, but they didn’t offer any help, no apology, and acted completely uninterested. That alone should’ve been enough to leave. On top of that, the hotel is confusing — they don’t explain anything, not even how to get to your room. Not all elevators go to every floor, and no one bothered to mention that, so I wasted time trying to figure it out on my own. The service overall was rude and careless, and the cleanliness was clearly not a priority. I’m really disappointed and can’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Definitely not worth the money.

Excellent stay

The place was brilliant. It was spacious. We got a view of kl tower and merdeka 118. Overall can't fault our stay. Infinity pool was the best. You can see klcc, kl tower and merdeka 118.
