Overall the rooms and amenities are excellent. Friendly and helpful staff. In particular, Mr Ariff from concierge who was the staff out greeted us was helpful and gave us the the good vibes to make our stay even more memorable. Hotel is located conveniently at the center of a transport (KL Sentral) where it is a train ride to most places of interested.
