Excellent location, Excellent staff, comfortable room, great hot water pressure, great toweks, comfortable bed and pillows, a lot of outlets and usb ports, quiet, great a/c. Only room for improvement is breakfast. Everything that should be hot is cold, not many choices for westerners.

Breakfast was ok but most of the food was cold. Most of the staff in the dining room doesnt look happy doiny their job except Kawsar who was more attentive and helpful. Always a smile on his face though he doesn't know much english .

courteous staff and good service. Location is great. Walking distance to attractions like twin towers, KL tower, pavilion mall etc. Breakfast was great. There was construction going on near the hotel so bit noisy during the day.

Room was very comfortable. Nice and cool when I entered. Slept really good on the comfortable bed with the soft comforter. . The breakfast buffet was more than what I expected. Lots of variety of food. Staff was really inviting when I checked in and out. Grocery store store and a few restaurants next to the hotel. Mc Donald's next door as well.I would definitely stay again when I return to Malaysia.

Dirty rooms! We had to move from one room to another and they’re both not clean. The bathroom smelled literally smelled like sewage!!! Literally saw 2 bugs on the counter next to the bed! The bed sheet smelled disgusting BO. I wanted to make tea and boil water with the kettle in the room and it was absolutely grossed out by the dust and mold! I thought this Holiday Inn Express would have the same cleaning standards as US
