Pretty run down and small room with paper thin walls. Other than good location being close to Petronas and KLCC mall, it's not worth the price paid for. Will stay elsewhere next time.

Holiday Inn Express KL CC was a in decent location in Kuala Lumpur. It was very central (i.e. within 15-20 min walk) of a lot of attractions. The rooms were cheap and clean and they were cleaned everyday if you wanted. There was a gym, laundry and business services for your use. There was a breakfast buffet from 6:30am to 10:30am every day with an assortment of Asian and western breakfast items. The staff were friendly and attentive. Getting to the hotel was fairly simple, once you got to KL Sentral from the airport. The Raja Chulan (MR7) stop was closeby. As for ammeneties nearby, lots of restaurants, malls and street market food. You're walking distance from Petronas towers, Graphitti Alley, Jin Alor street food district, and Bukit Bintang.

Location is great - 10 mins from a metro station and the monorail even closer. Lots of restaurants a few minutes away. Staff are really welcoming. Breakfast is busy, but there's a wide variety of food and staff are super-efficient clearing tables and replacing dishes. There's no outdoor space, but a pleasant lounge which also has computer access for guests.

We really appreciate the friendliness of staff, speedy response to our requests, especially those at the check-in counter. The only weak point is the absence of a ventilator fan in the bathroom/toilet to suck out humidity/bad smells from showering/human activities. A technician came in response to our enquiry and said that the "hole in the ceiling is for a lightbulb and not ventilation purpose. Not very happy here. However, over all, it's a 9/10 for us, and we have enrolled i in IHG Program and will give 1st preference to a Holiday Inn hotel in any city we'll travel next.

Good things- Near train station. Short walk to malls. Clean room. Good breakfast. Bad things - Every night around midnight there was motorcycle noise down the street that woke me up but I quickly fell back to sleep.

The hotel was mostly comfortable. The rooms were clean and had everything you needed. There was some road noise from outside, and noise from other guests inside the corridor. This was not the hotel's fault obviously. Apart from that it was fine.
