I was disappointed with this stay. I usually choose Autograph Collection hotels for their boutique character the Autograph Collection in Penang is an excellent example of this but this property felt more like a standard Marriott. My room had a brick design covering the window, leaving no view. I was told most rooms are like this, which was surprising. The pool area is nice, but there are VERY few lounge chairs, the pool bar doesn’t open until 3 PM, and food ordered through the front desk took nearly two hours. Dining options were also limited, especially for solo travelers. With so many excellent 5-star hotels in KL, this was my least favorite and I would not choose it again

Great service from the staff, very helpful and knowledgeable. Clean property, comfortable bed, and the rooftop pool is a bonus. Plenty of food choices in the area. This is my second stay and would definitely go back.

The hotel is in a very cool area, lots of cafes and restaurants that seem up and coming. A 25/30 min walk to the Petronas Towers but grab taxis are so cheap. Staff are lovely and the rooms are perfect.

Really cool roof bar and pool with great view. Rooms are excellent, at times the ac was a little fierce so wear a jumper at breakfast. Staff are the best part of the hotel. Very helpful and professional.

They have an obsession about air conditioning, everywhere is so cold, like 16 °C maybe. Outside was nice and warm and inside very cold, we had to wear duvets . The overall feeling is average, bedding quite clean but the rest not outstanding. For the breakfast they have cold fruits although there are plenty of fruits in this country they serve them cold and NO BANANAS. What tropical country doesn't have bananas at breakfast??? I wouldn't take my friends here that is certain.

Nice place to stay

Malay food is a lot of meat so the breakfast not too great if you dont eat meat. Staff are friendly, room is clean but the minibar / fridge is hidden behind a mirror, took me 2 days to find it.

The room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast had a great selection to choose from. Rooftop pool was welcomed after a day of exploring and the bar in the evening had a great view. Only issue was the damp musty smell in reception from water wasn’t pleasant.
