Staff:
The front desk staff were pleasant and welcoming. However, some of the kitchen staff during breakfast were less accommodating. I understand that the dining hall was busy, but the level of service could have been better.
Room:
We were told by the front desk that something special had been prepared in our room for our anniversary, but the only addition we noticed was extra towels folded into swans. Additionally, the room carpet had several noticeable stains, and the electrical outlets were loose, making it difficult to plug in devices as they would not stay in place.
Breakfast Experience:
The breakfast buffet was poorly managed. Plates ran out, and we had to wait for them to be replenished. The staff appeared disorganized, which added to the inconvenience during what was already a busy breakfast period.

The staff is great and are very friendly. The hotel is a dump. Rooms smell like smoke even though there is no smoking. They need to ozone the entire building. There were stains all over the carpet from the elevator to the room and the room carpet was disgusting. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The breakfast was decent with high quality food. If the hotel didn’t smell like an ashtray it would get 4 or 5 stars easily.
The staffs are very friendly especially FAJAR a very hard working staff and RASUL very nice staff who is a very hard working and an asset to HILTON GARDEN INN .. Room features need a new carpet , smart tv , grout in the bathroom needs to be cleaned as it was dirty. Shower glass needed extended as the water flows in the carpet. One of the room attendant female staff was very snobbish and very grumpy. The food quality needs to be improved not very tasty.
Overall, unit is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good with a wide selection to suit Asian and European taste.. Staff is friendly and responsive to your needs
The pros: all staff members were very polite. Water, teas, coffee, toothbrushes, toothpaste... were provided.
The cons: the carpet was dirty and housekeeping not once vacuumed. It took approx 9 hrs, after 3 calls to get toilet unclogged. The window view was not conducive to joy. The soap container remained empty after several cleaning days. The linen was not changed, as per spot on sheet that was still there. The front pillow became the back and the back the front. The bathroom floor was not mopped. The first day I had to request the wobbly, loose faucet be fixed. The clean face towels were left on the toilet grab bar...
My recommendation to the hotel is to train properly the cleaning crew. Handwashing is very important. Lack of sanitation and hygiene can cause guests to catch infectious diseases.
